Château Sanctus is an organic boutique winery located at an altitude of 900 meters in the mountains of Batroun, Lebanon, with a limited production of 20,000 wine bottles a year.

Keeping in line with the traditional craft, the Château Sanctus grapes are handpicked by a small team of laborers and transported with minimum handling to the on-site winery. The process of vinification is then immediately launched.

All grapes on site are grown in accordance with the principles of organic agriculture, and as certified by CCPB.
