The Chateau Musar Arack is made from grape alcohol with an average age of five years. It is distilled four times. The Anis seeds are added during the 4th distillation.

IXSIR’s Arak is produced in limited quantities using ancient traditional methods, as a tribute to the true authentic Lebanese drink and its history.

It is triple distilled from Obeideh grapes, indigenous to Lebanon, and flavored with the finest Anise seeds carefully selected for their aromatic expression.

No sweeteners are added. It is the most artisanal and pure expression of two ingredients that will be the perfect match for Lebanese Mezze, but most importantly an invitation to a Sunday family lunch in the mountains of Lebanon.
